April Recap Time!

Greetings Fruitsters! With plenty of fun and exciting things around the corner, I can't be wasting any time in this monthly post. It's going to be jam-packed full of juicy information so get comfy and get HYPED!

FruitPrison
FruitPrison saw two rounds of beta testing take place throughout April where a select group of lucky Fruitsters were chosen to help with bug-testing and provide helpful feedback. With beta testing having concluded, FruitPrison is now closer than ever! If you missed last week's post by the Event team, we are now reviewing applications for Prison staff. If you think you have what it takes, make sure you apply!

Mother's Day Events!
Is there really any better way of showing affection towards your mum than playing carefully curated events with them on Fruitservers? I think not. Players can look forward to special Mother's Day events in coming weeks, get excited!

Survival End Reset!
I don't think a single day goes by on Survival where players aren't asking how to get Elytra. So, here's your chance! This wednesday night there will be an End Reset in lieu of our normal events. Make absolutely sure you attend on time if you've been chasing Elytra, everything will get raided in no time! One minor hurdle I forgot to mention - the Ender Dragon will stand in your way!

Donations
Another month of stellar results, of particular note this time around is Skyblock's incredible results. Everyone's ongoing support translates directly into more fun and unique things being introduced to both Survival and Skyblock. Huge props to everyone for the support!

Voting Competition

Reminder to everyone that votes are tallied up for the post a few hours before the end of the month so sneaking in a couple of votes right at the end may not help. Voting has become insanely competitive as of late. Everyone is eager to win a vote voucher!
Due to the number of winners this month, first place will get the major prize whilst everyone who tied for second will get a $5 voucher. Congratulations to ShreksOgre on first place, well done to Jadeos + Aloroar + TheChoccyMilk + TimelessKings + LifeOfBlu + JoshieO for tied second place!

Build Competition

April's theme of Novels/Literature brought about some truly spectacular entries, it was a joy to see the amount of effort put into the top 3 entries this month. Congratulations to the following winners who've won themselves vouchers that will count towards their donor ranks!

May's build competition theme will once more be something we haven't explored before - Western! Gunslingers rejoice, this month you get to show us your interpretation of the Wild Wild West! We're looking forward to seeing more incredible entries!

Competition Rules
- Build must be finished by 30th May.
- Players are restricted to working individually.
- Build must be completed on the Creative Server.
- Do not build chestrooms, spawners, massive farms etc. We want creativity, not everyday things.
- Only one entry per individual.
- No pixel art!
- Keep redstone minimal if you must use it.
- Do NOT copy anyone else's builds, not even ones you find on Google images!
- Minimum 5 entries. There will be no winners announced if we don't get at least 5 entries!
- Builds need to be started and completed within the same month. You cannot use assets from previous entries.
- Completed entries that don't earn a top prize will net the builder a token on the server of their choice.

Top Players

FruitServers is an amazing community because of the people that are a part of it. Every month one player and one staff memberfrom both Survival and Skyblock are selected and acknowledged for their contribution to the server, whether it be ingame or behind the scenes.

Player of the month Survival - CxndySoups.
Cxndy's exemplary attitude towards other players has made her stand out on Survival this month. Whenever a player asks for help, you can be sure Cxndy will be one of the first to offer assistance. Well done Cxndy!

Staff of the month Survival - TheVariableMan.
During a month where staff were branching off to assist with FruitPrison, iisacc did a phenomenal job of holding the fort and proving his reliability beyond all else. We have nothing but praise for your efforts iisacc, well done!

Player of the month Skyblock - ItsSneakMoo.
Always courteous and polite to everyone she interacts with, ItsSneakMoo is a joy to have around on Skyblock. Well done SneakMoo!

Staff of the month Skyblock - TheChoccyMilk.
One of the newer additions to the team, Choccy has certainly outdone herself in her first weeks as a staff member. Well done Choccy!

Survival and Skyblock are lucky to have such strong moderating and build teams, however we are always accepting applications for both of these roles. Mister Bulk_Bogan now has Lagoonaa as backup however the event team is still looking to grow so if you'd like to be a part of something special, consider looking into this role.
