It has been a massive week on Fruit Servers. Official congratulations to Skyblock for winning their first ever Fruitlympics - noting they had a draw with Survival last year. The final standings were:

• Skyblock: 34 Points
• Survival & Pixelmon: 23 Points
• Prison: 20 Points

Fruitlympics is a massive amount of work and it wouldn't happen without the significant effort that the entire Fruity team put in to pulling it all together. From the builders, to event organisers and even people from behind the scenes documenting everything that needed to happen, everyone played an important role.

We are keen to hear your feedback on the events from this year. Ascacos has put together a quick survey to collate any thoughts you have.

New Community Manager for Skyblock

I would like to congratulate Ellenox on becoming the new Community Manager for Skyblock. Ellen is a very familiar face and she will be working closely with Gylfmeister and the entire team to continue making the server the fruitiest Skyblock out there.

What's good fruit gang!

I have some exciting news about the direction we are taking the token shop in this map. This will see the addition of upgradeable token tools, celestial fruit core, gems and more. To begin with there will be 5 upgradeable token tools, pickaxe, sword, axe, shovel and hoe. Once you have the base token tool you will take it to the tokensmith who will craft your upgraded tool for you.

The celestial fruit core is an upgraded token, made with five tokens. You'll need this to upgrade your token tools. Each base tool has one gem slot and upgraded tools have two. Gems will be released monthly, they can include buffs like speed. Tools also have some special surprises for you so get collecting those tokens day one! We are looking forward to making use of the cool new features that 1.20.6 & 1.21 bring to the server. Keep your eyes peeled for new content soon.

Our Fruitlympics Crafting Comp started up earlier this week! Head down to /warp craft and hand in the required items to Gylfenox to work your way up the leaderboard - you can use /fhtop to see the top 10!

If you don’t feel like gunning your way up the leaderboard, you can also score yourself some cool tools by completing the collectible hunt! There are 7 different tools to get your hands on. To get these, all you need to do is collect all of the collectibles for each tier. Each Skyblock staff member will have 2 staff collectibles, and each tier will have 1 general collectible. Pop over to /warp cctools for more information.

I also heard a rumour that a new community quest will be starting soon, keep your eyes out in #fruitskyblock on Discord for more information!

This week we said goodbye to two valued Pixelmon staff members, Amise and Memmie.

Memmie has been one of Pixelmon's longest serving staff members, staying with the team through the toughest of times and serving as an event-c, and more recently on the admin team. If you see her around, please say thank you for her commitment to the server! Amise joined us more recently, and helped us get back on our feet as a moderator through some real road bumps towards the start of the year. Many thanks to both of you and all the best for the future!
