Welcome to another Weekly recap!

Hihi fruitsters! It's SpookyGlacie here with the first weekly update of the month of Spooktober! We've had a great week filled with fun events and bright new faces, so let's get into it~!

Beyond the Bowl

Staff changes!

Both Survival and Skyblock have seen new additions to their respective staff teams this week. On Survival we welcome Lizzzzzy (SpookyLizzy) as our newest Trial-Moderator, and Skyblock sees the additions of Andrewx_, Naneek_Mot and M30J to the team! Join me in giving them all a big hug and a fruity welcome!

Remember if you feel like you have the chance and time to give us a hand on the staff team you can go to the staff section on the fruit page to apply for Moderatator or Builder . At present we are not taking applications for Event-C.

Events

We've had a fun week of events held on both servers!

Starting on Sunday with Corners over at Skyblock. After five fun rounds we emerged with these lucky victors!

On Saturday on Skyblock, we played the classic game of Musical Chairs! These lucky five emerged victorious thanks in part to their partnering chairs!

Turning over to Survival now, on Wednesday we played Bingo! These lucky players emerged with a win thanks to their lucky boards!

On Friday, Survival saw a BRAND NEW Boat Race track! Many races were hosted, with these brave speedsters emerging victorious!

The Fruity Funfair was a huge success! I'd like to give a huge thanks on behalf of the community to Ahtnamas80 and Demski for the incredible amount of effort they put into putting it all together, and another huge thank you to all of the players who came to play, whether it be in our many hosted events or just playing some of the smaller games in their own time!

During the course of the holidays, we held a contest called Count the Sheep! We had many entries, but there can only be one winner. The total amount of sheep in the bottle was 171. With a guess of 172 sheep being the closest, I give a big congratulations to Cupid! Enjoy your token~!

Selfie of the Week!

This week marks the first ever Selfie of the Week competition! Thank you to all who entered, but in the end there were two winners for this week. Congratulations to Bulk_Bogan and SpookyBunny_!

The competition will run every week. It's easy to enter! Simply post your selfie in this thread, and specify whether you are entering from Survival or Skyblock. There will be one winner for each server every week, and the winner will be determined by the number of thumbs-ups on the posts.

Weddings

Build Competition
We're going to go a different route for October's theme. Selected by H1N9, the theme for October will be "A day in the life of me!" It goes without saying that we expect every single entry to be very unique and you will need to be extra creative for this one. We want you to illustrate everything for us in such a way that we don't even have to look at your forum post to understand what your build is about! As an added incentive, every single complete entry that does not earn a top 3 place will be rewarded with a token on the server of their choice.

Competition Rules
- Build must be finished by 30th October.
- Players are restricted to working individually.
- Build must be completed on the Creative Server.
- Do not build chestrooms, spawners, massive farms etc. We want creativity, not everyday things.
- Only one entry per individual.
- No pixel art!
- Keep redstone minimal if you must use it.
- Do NOT copy anyone else's builds, not even ones you find on Google images!
- Minimum 5 entries. There will be no winners announced if we don't get at least 5 entries!
- Builds need to be started and completed within the same month. You cannot use assets from previous entries.
