June Recap Time!

Would you look at that, we're already more than halfway through the year young whippersnappers! Everything seems to be moving so quickly, and we've got a lot to talk about so this post is going to be extra juicy. As usual your staff teams have been hard at work making magic happen behind the scenes, throughout July you lucky fruitsters will finally get to see what everyone has quietly been chipping away at. FruitPrison
It's hard to imagine our Prison server went live less than 2 months ago when you compare the latest iteration to the original. Countless hotfixes and minor patches have been implemented alongside major updates like entire planets being revealed in order to keep the curious entertained. FruitPrison continues to improve on a daily basis and everyone's feedback is being utilised to create the best possible experience. Keep a close eye on it, FruitPrison is only going to continue improving!

Fruitlympics
Feeling competitive? Have you got that sudden urge to completely crush opposing players in a wide variety of events to establish complete and utter dominance? If you answered yes to both of those, you'll want to sign yourself up for some Fruitlympics 2018 events! This series of events takes place just once a year, and they are the most competitive by far. Fruitlympics allows our fruity little gladiators a chance to defend the pride of their server of choice - alternatively you can use this opportunity to flex all over a server you're not as fond of! The Fruitlympics opening ceremony will take place Wednesday 4th July on Survival, don't miss it!

Donations
Huge thanks to everyone who has been donating - your support is appreciated more than you know! Survival and Skyblock have smashed their donation goals as usual, however as it's still early days for Prison they fell just short of their donation goal. Not to worry, as more perks are released for Prison I have no doubt their donation goal will also get fulfilled with ease. Due to the server hiccups a couple of weeks back, some players may have had their donation totals affected. Feel free to contact a staff member to have this sorted out.

Voting Competition

Reminder to everyone that votes are tallied up for the post a few hours before the end of the month so sneaking in a couple of votes right at the end may not help. Voting has become insanely competitive as of late. Everyone is eager to win a vote voucher! This month winners are being rewarded a little differently due to the number of winners we had tying for third. Congratulations to Jadeos on 1st, winning the $15 voucher. Congratulations to vic61 on 2nd, winning the $10 voucher. Tying for third to win 50k each on the server of their choice, we have Kairinezz, dapag, doctre_shots, nuggs13, cxndysoups, hammertime9999, aba_squido, and Choccy_. Amazing work everyone, keep it up!

Build Competition

Congratulations to these 3 stellar builders who have all earned themselves vouchers from this very unique build competition! Ravioli seems to have found a winning combination to entice entries out of you very talented (but sometimes lazy) fruitsters, so I'm going to let her run this competition as well. Over to you, pasta person.

Hello everyone, It's me Ravioli again! I would first like to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated in June's build comp, we had many people interested and ending up with 8 complete entries! For entering this contest you get a special item on the server of your choice, I will be in contact with you soon to organize it! Because of the success of this months event we have decided to host another build competition this month! The theme is Gardens! Whether it has Asian inspirations or if it is a magical fairy garden, we want to see you guys bring the best out of nature! Once again this competition will have size specifics but this time we are also asking that you feature a bridge in it!

Competition Rules

• The garden must fit in a 90x90 plot, to assist you with staying within these boundaries, we suggest creating a border to work within.
• The garden MUST feature some sort of bridge.
• Build must be completed by July 30th 8pm AEST.
• You must work alone, if you do not you will be disqualified.
• All entries must be built on the creative server.
• As cool as pixel art is, this isn’t the place for it.
• Don’t copy other people's work, whether it be from in or outside of the server. BE ORIGINAL!
• We need at LEAST 5 people to participate to hand out prizes, so spread the word!
• This build needs to have been started and completed within the month of July.
• Completed entries that don’t place in the top 3 spots net the builder a token on the server of their choice.

Top Players

FruitServers is an amazing community because of the people that are a part of it. Every month one player and one staff member from both Survival and Skyblock are selected and acknowledged for their contribution to the server, whether it be ingame or behind the scenes.

Player of the month Survival - vic61. Mr Vic here has been outstanding from the moment he joined the server. You will see him making daily appearances and trying to help out just about every single player he comes across - vic is as exemplary as they come in his conduct at all times. Well done!

Staff of the month Survival - Acaciiaa. One of our newer recruits, Acaciiaa has been maintaining a strong presence on survival ever since she attained a staff rank. Going above and beyond to assist players in-game and on discord, her efforts are going to be acknowledged through this award. Well done!

Player of the month Skyblock - RebornIV. Making an effort to participate in every event and being extra welcoming to everyone has made RebornIV stand out over on skyblock this month. Whenever you see them online, you can be sure they will make an effort to assist with any issues you have. Well done!

Staff of the month Skyblock - Tank_DaBain. Tank's consistency throughout June has helped him stand out amongst his peers. Making every effort to appear and staff during events has helped Tank quickly establish a reputation for being reliable, all whilst helping lift the mood whenever he's on. Well done!

Player of the month Prison - Hobblewobble. Hobble's can-do attitude towards everything prison has thrown towards her definitely hasn't gone unnoticed. Sticking by Prison in its early days, Hobble's persistence has paid off as she is acknowledged for her friendly demeanour and diligence in attempting to wade through all the challenges presented. Well done!

Staff of the month WittyQuip. The first moderator for Prison and quite conveniently the most reliable, Witty has been doing ridiculous hours alongside Ascc and LifeOfBlu (shout out to those 2 as well!) to keep everything in order. More often than not we find ourselves trying to convince Witty to take a break and get some rest, a testament to how much time she devotes to the server. Well done!

Survival, Prison, and Skyblock are lucky to have such strong moderating and build teams, however we are always accepting applications for both of these roles. Our Pasta Squad saw the recent addition of Ms. _Ravioli, however the event team is still looking to grow so if you'd like to be a part of something special do consider looking into this role.
