October Recap
Spooktober recap time!
Welcome zombies and ghouls, to the October recap. As our frightening Halloween festivities come to an end for another year, the staff teams are wasting no time in preparing for the next big batch of events. I hope everyone is hyped for Christmas with Fruitservers! For now though, let's try and wade through this monthly recap.

Halloween Events
Another year, another successful Halloween with Fruitservers! So many of you have been hard at work trying to grind it out and win yourself a fancy gaming mouse, it's great to see everyone being so competitive. Our staff teams worked extra hard to bring you another special Fruitoween - make sure you take time out of your day to thank them when you can!
Crafting Competition
That's right, everyone's favourite competition is back again and this time you're fighting to win a Razer Mamba Elite gaming mouse! These competitions are always so insanely close and we expect no different this time. Make sure you're online as much as possible to grind out the victory - you won't regret it!
Virtual Tools Return
Fairly self-explanatory, players may now celebrate the return of Virtual Tools. No longer will you lament the loss of your 6 virtual chests that you'll never fill, or that virtual workbench you forgot existed. Praise Geekxboy.
Donations
Once more, I am beginning to sound like a broken record because it's turning out to be the same story every month. Survival and Skyblock have smashed their donation goals but our young Prison server is still struggling to get on its feet. On the bright side, FruitPrison is still producing exciting custom things so I'm looking forward to mentioning all 3 servers beating their donation goals!
Voting Competition
Reminder to everyone that votes are tallied up for the post a few hours before the end of the month so sneaking in a couple of votes right at the end may not help. Voting has become insanely competitive as of late. Everyone is eager to win a vote voucher! Due to the number of winners, Jadeos will be given a $15 voucher and everyone who tied for second will win 50k ingame cash on the server of their choice. Keep it up everyone!
Build Competition
Unfortunately we didn't receive enough entries for the Build Competition for October. However, every entrant will be rewarded for their efforts regardless - a hefty sum of 50k ingame cash on the server of their choice to be precise! As 1.13.2 has caused issues for our Creative Server we will not be hosting a build comp this month due to the lack of World Edit.
Top Players
FruitServers is an amazing community because of the people that are a part of it. Every month one player and one staff member from both Survival and Skyblock are selected and acknowledged for their contribution to the server, whether it be ingame or behind the scenes.
Player of the Month Survival - Scotteh. One of Survival's newer faces, Scotteh's warm and pleasant attitude have been noticed as he is now being acknowledged through this special award. Well done Scotteh!
Staff of the Month Survival - Rohdawg. Aside from his questionable skin choice for Halloween, Rohdawg has been exemplary in every way throughout October and he has proven himself to be reliable when he was needed most. Well done Rohdawg!
Player of the Month Skyblock - D2xx. A past player of the month for Skyblock, D2xx has once more proven he has what it takes to stand out amongst their peers. Well done D2xx!
Staff of the Month Skyblock - Gizalien. A newer arrival to the staff team, Gizalien has been instrumental in hosting events throughout October as well as assisting players with anything they may need. Well done Gizalien!
Player of the Month Prison - ZeCaptainThorn. A jovial presence on FruitPrison, ZeCaptainThorn's persistence has earned them this special award. Well done ZeCaptainThorn!
Staff of the Month Prison - spleggeti. Speaking of persistence, spleggeti's continuous efforts to bolster the prison server have been a welcome boon in recent months. It's about time we acknowledge his efforts. Well done spleggeti!
Survival, Prison, and Skyblock are lucky to have such strong moderating and build teams, however we are always accepting applications for both of these roles. Our humble event team is still looking to grow so if you'd like to be a part of something special do consider looking into this role.
