Benjabot has been actively trying to minimise the number of crashes for the Pixelmon server. The 1.16 versions of Pixelmon come with an immense amount of challenges. There are not a lot of servers who have updated to 1.16 for Pixelmon and so the support and troubleshooting is quite difficult when few others have encountered similar issues. Crates will return to the server soon. You can message Nebula ingame if you have purchased any keys recently through the vote store etc.
Additionally, if you have any suggestions regarding the Pixelmon in-game shop, then please submit a book at /warp shop! It is almost done, so if you want anything added, then now is the time to hear from you!
