March Monthly Post

Welcome to April everyone! I bet you thought we'd post this on the first... Gotcha!!! We hope you enjoyed another massive March on Fruit Servers, with Prison updates and a massive Skyblock revamp. April kicks off with Easter celebrations and there is lots planned this year as always!

Happy Skyblock Revamp, everyone! I hope you have all enjoyed the first week of our brand new map, and explored all of the new features we have brought out!

 

One of my favourite features is our new FRUITBOTS! To get your very own, all you have to do is claim your first Cobblestone /c & head down to /warp fruitbots to select your first bot! There are 6 different types to choose from, these can be leveled up with FruitBot Cogs & from unlocking you can unlock abilities like Auto-Smelt, Rage Mode or Bountiful Harvest! What’s your favourite bot so far? 

 

We also have NEW Dimensional Islands! These can be accessed after unlocking in /island! After you hit prestige 15, you will be able to unlock the Nether Island and at prestige 40… The End! You will need your Dimensional Drill enchant & a few End Mine Tokens to make an End Portal but I did hear a rumour that there is a flying beast located in that dimension as well… 

 

Mobfishing has also had some changes, including completely revamped nether mobfish! You will be able to start fishing the new nether mobs up after reaching level 500 fishing and heading to /warp nether with a fishing rod that has either Exotic Lure or Enraged Seas. Alongside the new mobfish, you can now find special crates when defeating mobfish that contain lots of useful goodies to help with your fishing, such as mobfishing boost vouchers, custom fishing enchantments and even special currency items you can use to buy spawners!

 

Currently, we also have a Community Quest running! After 25,000 squid inks are handed in to /cq donate, our Cardager will return from holidays. I heard he was off collecting the finest and rarest materials to give for rewards, but I guess we will see! Make sure you keep your calendar free for Thursday and Saturday night events!! For every person that participates, I will donate Squid Ink to help us reach this goal! 

 

March brought a difficult Monthly Activity, where we had to find our way out of a Barrier Maze. Congratulations to our winners! You are an inspiration to us all. Punksten has graciously decided to let Latimon torture you with this Month’s Activity - so you can have him to thank for the parkour at /warp monthly! Anyone who is on the leaderboard at the end of the month will win a prize. 

 

/warp easter also opened on Skyblock last week! We have a range of activities that include; Head Hunt, Mini Maze, Crossword, Trivia and Spot the Difference! A variety of prizes are up for grabs so make sure to get in and try them out before it's too late! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the staff team!

 

Have you noticed /warp parkourhub missing? Our event-c+ shakespowre has been hard at work building a fresh new one! This will be released within the coming days, get keen! We will have lots of fresh parkours of various difficulties for you to try your hand at getting the fastest time - at any time of the day! On our Parkour Island, you would have also noticed the loss of our monthly parkour! This activity now has a new home at our fresh new Parkour Hub! We have also increased the sizes of our parkours from 15x20 - 17x21, more room for evil!!! The new activities islands have opened with reset, thanks to SpiderRon for their efforts getting it all set up! This is the new home for wordsearch, parkour, selfies, monthly activities and the event shop! Our Event Shop has also had a refresh - you can now swap two 5 minute fly or speed vouchers for 10 minutes, purchase warp shards with event medals and more! /Warp Event will take you to the central island where you can spend your event medals on the new stock!

 

Now for a few housekeeping updates… 

In Battlepass, Squid Spawner has replaced Creeper Spawner with Tier 18 to help along the Squid Ink requirement for the Community Quest after the Battlepass's Week 2 release. For our enchantments: The Defrost enchantment will soon be available to turn Ice into Water in the Nether to help along your cobble gen there. Some other enchantment issues have been resolved.

The Arcane Archive, allowing you to purchase random enchantment books for experience levels, alongside the Arcane Recycler, where you can redeem unwanted custom enchantments for experience points.

Well well well! Another month down, you know how it be!

With some only minor adjustments, as always, we have something worked on the background!

We saw some changes to jobs, slight eco updates - which can all be found in the survival updates forum on discord! (even bigger ones are coming quite soon!)

With our new /warp hof open, you can see everyone's favourite and top jobs! We may see some competitions for these soon!

 

Token tools. You may have noticed they have vanished! The new season is upon us! We will see these release tonight! Head down to check out the latest tools!

Our easter area has officially opened! Head to /warp easter to hop into the fun! Quite a few minigames to win!

 

Regicide?! 

You heard it. Mark your calendars. 10th April. Get ready to fight the staff, and take out the king to claim your glory!

 

Happy One month to this season of Fruit Prison!

It has officially been 31 days since we kicked off the new season, and with no major issues! Halleluiah!

I know we changed this up a bit compared to the first season, and we truly appreciate everyone sticking with us through the transition. We have officially entered a stabilized state, and we hope you're enjoying the new features. As always, if you have any suggestions or ideas, do be sure to let us know in our suggestions forum! Always interested in new potential areas to break into.

 

As we see our first few isles breaking into the Galactic era, some more changes will be revealed! So stay sharp and make sure you are reading your chats to keep up to date!

 

We also have Easter Island up and running! With a bunch of activities providing prizes to all! Test your brain and your skills at /Warp Easter! Or follow the Foot prints at spawn, there is someone at the docks that will ferry you there~

Be sure to have a wander around on April the 1st! There is a Festive Jimmy hanging around. And he might have some task for you to complete!

Hello again Hytale humans! Easter is inbound and Hytale Update 4 has been released! Here's a summary of what you need to know:

The Easter area can be accessed at /warp Easter! Just type /hh compass to get started on an egg hunt to get milestone rewards along the way!

We have had some changes in our economy ui, check out /topb for a refined leaderboard.

We've added new blocks to our store for you to play around, with custom recipes unlocked in the builders workbench!

We also will be having our first event taking place in the Easter area from 11am to 12pm AEST this Saturday 4th of April! Be there for a custom limited time reward!

Bringing plenty of laughs and a truly heroic level of Wooloo obsession, carame1panda has been a fun and welcoming part of the community. By an absolute landslide, cheesemelt takes the cake - or should I say egg!
An absolute weapon as of late, cheese has been doing crazy work building and being an all rounder! Out the gates, cheese has been flat out dipping her toes into whatever she can! We would have a very different scene if you weren't around. Congrats cheese!

Some might say this is a cop out, but in my personal opinion every single member of FruitSkyblock deserves the title of SOTM, and this was a unanimous vote! Our FruitSkyblock team has spent countless of hours over the past few months working endlessly on new features for us all to enjoy. All of these new features would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of everyone who is involved. I am very fortunate to have a team of such kindhearted, intelligent and hardworking people, you should all be extremely proud of yourselves! Thank you very much for countless hours! Congratulations, all!

It is hard to imagine Prison without AllSigns, he has been around almost as long as the server itself!
Whether it's his work on Planets or Network Quests, or welcoming a new (or returning) member to his Moderation team, he takes it all on with a steady hand and friendly quip. 

I hope you know your tireless efforts and positive energy are truly appreciated around here.

Since he joined the team, pyro has been a constant hard worker, who always strives to give players the best possible experience. Along with helping players, he is always working towards fun new content for the community. He’s hosted Super Master Ball Sundays, created new challenges for warp Puzzle, brought his own creative touch to the wordsearches, and has done a great job giving players fresh challenges to enjoy. His effort and initiative have really stood out, and he’s more than earned Staff of the Month. Thank you for everything you do Pyro.
