First - A Message from H1

Hello everyone!

We are working on fixing coloured tags - they will hopefully be back soon. In the meantime, if you get one as a crate reward, please take a picture and submit a ticket ingame so that they can be distributed when fixed.

I would like to give a massive thank you to all of the staff, especially the event-coordinators who helped organise and run Survival's Easter events this year. It was a fantastic success and was great to see so many people online! The Crafting Comp will end very shortly and Friday will be the final day to get the free Groot pet.

We have continued to do further optimisation work on Survival and Skyblock this week. It is looking pretty good so far with performance and player numbers!

We are investigating Survival and Skyblock mobs randomly despawning and do not have an ETA for when it will be fixed or what is causing the issue. For villagers, please make sure you have named them.

After a slight delay we are happy to announce the four winners of our Easter events!

chloeconda put on her detective cap and was the winner of the Giant Easter Egg Hunt!!

ArTeeMC grabbed out their magnifying glass and won the Spot the Difference!!

V0rty scoured the entire island to find out our Hidden Word: Family!

palrr studied hard and found all of the words in our Wordsearch!

Onto the weekly events!

On Wednesday we played Spleef! The sticky situation eventually turned to a horrific honey event! The winners were; sheograth55, ItzBezz, chloeconda, palrr, slideyskull, xillr, channelminer, Noodles4Lunch and nickygs!

On Friday we danced to the beat of our own drums in Corners! The grooviest dancers and winners of the evening were; palrr, Nebula_, Artistacat and Bayleecraft!

Skyblock

Welcome back to another week in the sky!

A new spawn map means new and awesome content for you to explore!

Who will reign supreme on /baltop this map? Who will achieve the highest Prestige level? Who will build the prettiest island? Who will get the most amount of zaps with their sparklegun? It could be you… so get skyblocking!

Staff are working hard at zapping those pesky bugs and improving gameplay, so please let them know if you come across any bugs or have ideas you’d like to share!

This week we had a bunch of awesome staff updates!! First of, congratulations to Crezzie on his promotion to T-Mod! Then we had our lovely Aurione get a promotion to Mod! Finally, we had a long awaited promotion- snowpeaa’s looking good with that Mod+ rank!!

Events

We had so much fun on Thursday night!

We kicked it off with Bingo! Our bingo masters of the night were: Cayman_, maiamitchell, uwulize. DreamRise, Quaxx, MrTachoMacho and itsethanle!

Our clever choosers then went on to a game of Corners! Our best corner-pickers were MrTachoMacho, Rainbow_Golem135 and Euphoriella!

We were then doing our best jumps with a game of Parkour! Our speedy runners were Crezzie, Aquafx, Pastyy, Cayman_, uwulize and MrTachoMacho!

Everyone's a winner at Saturday night games!

We began again with Bingo! Our brilliant board-choosers were DreamRise, JackTheFatYack, Pastyy, Bayleecraft, Anderxon88, NinjaPuggys, MrTachoMacho and Buttjamint!

We then had our master parkour skills tested with Parkour run! 20 players proved they had the best parkour skills that night. Congrats to all the winners!

You had to watch your step with our next event… Spleef! Our elegant dodgers of the night were kirbykelly, chloeconda, trixpeeaa, ItzBezz and HeeblyWeebly!

We finished it off by exploring the NEW spawn map with a game of Apple hunt! Again we had 20 players prove they were the fastest finders at spawn. Congrats to the winners!

Prison

Hey there Fruitsters! On Prison this week, we had heaps of fun hosting some brand new events!

No Staff or Gameplay updates for Prison this week!

Events

On Tuesday Night we had some new events! Paint Run was the first of the brand new events and the lucky runners were: Geluxe, B3ast619, voidslaver, Scared_of_Spoons, princesspoppy2, Bomber756198, Opalz and ExpressoYourself. To conclude the event night, we hosted Lilypad Drop, which was also brand new! The expertise fallers of the night were: Its_Rothy, trixpeeaa and Scared_of_Spoons !

On Sunday Night we returned to the Paint Run arena for some great fun! Paint Run was the first event of the night and our winners were: Netzaltali, Shakoda, uwulize, trixpeeaa and Bayleecraft. We finished off the night with a brand new event which was all about trivia,Our Prison Feud Champions for this week were the Orange Team! Netz, Whitecuriouslion, Dazzagc and Zootie42!

Build Competition

Build Competitions have returned!!

This month's theme is Fantasy!

Competition Rules

• The build is limited to 100x100 in size, we'd suggest marking out these dimensions beforehand.
• The build must follow the theme - Fantasy!
• The build must be completed by 12pm 30th April, 2020 (AEDT)
• You must work alone, you will be disqualified if others help you.
• All entries must be built on the Creative server.
• As cool as pixel art is, this isn't the place for it.
• Don't copy another person's work, BE ORIGINAL!

Prize Structure

• Less than 5 entries = A token on the server of your choice along with varying cash prize (20k~150k)
• Between 5 and 10 entries = Standard vouchers for top 3, varying cash prize (50k~250k) for everyone, and 2 tokens for each entrant on the server of your choice.
• More than 10 entries = Standard vouchers and an extra plot for top 3, varying cash prize (300k) for everyone, and 3 tokens for each entrant on the server of your choice.

As we're trialling a new prize structure, we're keen to hear people's thoughts and feedback. Looking forward to seeing renewed interest in the build competition!
