Survival

With only two sleeps until Christmas, the excitement is barely containable! This week people have been on the grind for the crafting event! Do not fret however, as there is still time to catch up and grab the prize, or every single collectible!!

Staff Updates

This week the staff team saw the loss of our lovely Event-C Lagoonaa :( All of her hard work towards the server and the forums is something that we will never forget!

After the sad news, we come with the good! Our lovely pair of T-mod’s Pixerative and Daashyy lost their T and now are fully fledged mods! Congrats guys! Returning to the staff ranks this week is the lovely Spike_M, please make our new T-Mod feel welcome.  A few weeks back we also forgot to congratulate the wonderful nickygs on passing his trail, so congrats to him also!!

Events

This week we had quite an exciting couple of events, starting with the brand-new Boat Curling, and ending with a parkour event of Sleighs!!

On Wednesday we hosted boat curling and there were a boatload of winners! Here they are; Jussstinn, purerevival15, 9thousand, Naatilly, Tinariem, SilFuryn, Bayleecraft, TheVikingDio, SwiminMadgen, Gaper, Technodono16, NikitaGrib, Godfreyyy, TwiseOfFate1, Music_man_inaPAN, grinchgetti, LifeOfBlu and Twilight17!!! WOAH that was a lot!

On Friday we hosted Sleighs! It was holly jolly fun for all! Our winners were the green team which featured; IllusiveGamer, PotatoPlays, Naatilly, Jussstin, Illuumii, TheVikingDio, WhatTheFlipMyDip, Technodono16, WayWorld1981, SharkDepth, d4M0, Dusked_!

**CHRISTMAS AREA UPDATES**

As of the time of this post going up our weekly minigames will have reset! Thank you to everyone who has participated already and we hope you enjoy the new challenges coming towards you as this will be the last week!

Prison

Over on Prison a brand new Christmas planet is open for viewing. You can get there by typing in /event join Christmas - here you'll find a beautifully crafted Christmas-themed build with fancy new limited-edition foods available to buy and even a frightening new boss! That's not all, soon you'll be coming face-to-face  with fancy new mini-bosses! Think you've got what it takes to triumph against them?

Things are going swimmingly on prison, including our new starter plane and our lemon pods swapping to a new greener fuel system - renewable energy! You no longer have to pay for fuel to move between planets!! We also have tonnes more exciting things coming your way, including but not limited to, New Bosses and Wood Mines!

Server Announcements

Fruit has just celebrated its 4th Birthday! Hooray!! Thank you all for helping fruit be the wonderful community it is! Here are some screenshots of the celebrations we have, including the End Reset and a Drop Party!!

For our fourth birthday we held a joke competition, and when we announced it the winner stated that the contest was clearly made for them, and apparently it was! Congratulations to Naatilly for winning a special prize!!

Build Competition

As 1.13.2 has caused issues for our Creative Server we will not be hosting a build comp this month due to the lack of World Edit. But don’t feel disheartened, keep practicing your building for our next Build Comp, or to try out for our fantastic Build Team!
