THE NEWS

Staff

This week saw many staff changes within! We’ve had a great many promotions and sadly a few departures that have left holes in our fruity cores.

This week saw the promotion of our two newest trial-mods: Tialis22 and LoshSmoak! Please welcome them to the team with warm arms! Tialis22 was Player of the Month for December 2015, and has been most generous with the community! LoshSmoak is back after a long needed break! As a former Administrator within the Fruit Bowl, LoshSmoak is keen and ready to go once more!

We also saw this week several more promotions within the staff team! We’d like to congratulate Dantoke, Snowgies and ImBriezy on achieving the rank of Veteran-Moderator! Well done guys! Most deserved! We also saw Demski and ipoodalittle rise to the rank of Administrator!

Sadly, we have had a few departures this week coming into the new year. Mobbmaster, Eonasio and SaintFlow have stepped down from the role of Moderator. We wish them well, and hope to see them return to the Fruitilicious staff team soon! Zaffy, one of our Event Managers has also departed this week as well. We hope to still see him around! and hope he may return to the team!

17000 Fruisters on Survival!

After our new years post only a few days ago, we have passed the 17k users joined mark! And i think all you Fruity Members can give yourselves a pat on the back for helping achieve that!

Exciting Store Changes!

H1N9 has been working his Fruity Tooty off for us and some exciting changes are being made to the perks stores. Coming soon will be some new perks added to the Skyblock store! Not only that but both Survival and Skyblock stores are getting a whole new design to them! So get savin that pocket money Fruitsters!

Events

Unfortunatly this week there hasn't been any schedueling of events. The staff are currently in discussion on which events to hold for the month, so please sit tight, and we will bring you that Fruity Friday evenings enjoyments you so love (and all them delicious prizes too)!

Last weeks events

So last week we held two events! We'd like to thank ipoodalittle and ImBriezy for heading these events and making sure they turned out full of juicy fun! And a thanks to the other staff who attended the second event and helped with supervision!

Musical Chairs

So this event we had ImBriezy pushin the button (was strenuous work, but he made it) and ipoodalittle was on broadcast! We held 4 rounds of musical chairs which flew by in the blink of an eye! Was just too much fun! Felt we needed a music theme, so the broadcast has classy lyrics to top songs, followed by disney song quotes ... all relating to chairs naturally. So the winners of this event were:

The Maze ...

So this event was created by LoshSmoak. Its a twisting, winding, massive maze which, in all honesty, even drove some staff completely loopy. So what could be more fun than sticking heaps of members in there and watching them strugg- I mean, enjoy the event! The winners are the first onces who finished the maze:

We would like to congratulate all winners! I'd also like to make a special mention to EnchantedLover and Dimbotron ... who were in the maze for two hours! Such dedication! We had to pry them away from the hedges!

The Build Compeition

The theme for the month of January will be Roman Ruins! You may interpret this theme however you wish, just remember to use original ideas and avoid straying too far from the theme!

This build competition will be held in the creative world.

Competition Rules

-Build must be finished by 30th January.

-Players MUST work individually.

-Build must follow the theme of the month.

-Build must be completed in the creative world.

-Only one entry per user.

Prizes

1st Place: $20 store voucher.

2nd Place: $15 store voucher.

3rd Place: $10 store voucher.
