Welcome one and all to the September recap! Three quarters of the way through the year and no signs of slowing down, get your spooky costumes out because Halloween with Fruitservers is going to be super spooktacular! As usual I hope you're all making yourself comfy as we dive right into another juicy news post.

★Prison Revamp
You may have heard whispers about our beloved Prison server potentially receiving a revamp. Or you may have been in-game when H1 decided to blurt it out to everyone! FruitPrison will be the focus of a major revamp soon that will see many important (and some overdue) changes being made to improve what is already an incredibly fun experience. On a separate note, you will soon find fancy new kits on the store that will help you get the advantage you need! Details will be provided on discord soon.

★Halloween!
We know how much you all love celebrating Halloween, so once again there will be Halloween-themed events being run at some point towards the end of the month. Make sure you're keeping tabs on Fruit's discord so you don't miss any updates, as there will also be cool additions to the store to celebrate. Get excited!

★Donations
Yet another stellar month for Fruitservers, thank you to everyone who continues to support Fruitservers! Cat's outta the bag now, plenty of money (and time!) has gone into the FruitPrison revamp so I hope you're as excited as I am to finally see everything unveiled.

★Vote Competition

Reminder to everyone that votes are tallied up for the post a few hours before the end of the month so sneaking in a couple of votes right at the end may not help. Props to everyone for keeping voting as competitive as it has been, looks like everyone is eager to win themselves a voucher! Well done to TimelessKings on securing 1st, modestyy on 2nd, and Jam_Daddy coming in a close 3rd! As expected voting is incredibly competitive now that there are four sites to vote on daily.

★Build Competition

A solid effort from all of our entrants this month with only our second team build comp ever being run. Huge congratulations to the team of iGoner & Eggyy who secured first place, the team of Devin073x & Atha_nasia who secured second place, and solo entrant MrMasher111 who secured third place. The theme for October's build comp will be Tropical! With our return to a simpler theme, we will still allow people to team up with a maximum of two other people.

Competition Rules

• The build is limited to 200x200 in size, we'd suggest marking out these dimensions beforehand. There is no height limit.
• The build must follow the theme - Tropical!
• The build must be completed by 11:59pm 30th October, 2020 (AEST)
• You are permitted to work in teams of THREE (3) at most! Prizes will be split accordingly.
• All entries must be built on the Creative server.
• As cool as pixel art is, this isn't the place for it.
• Don't copy another person's work, BE ORIGINAL!

Entry and Prize Structure
A forum thread will be made where you can submit your entries as well as find out what the prize structure will be. To make things easier for everyone, please only submit your entry on the prize structure thread. Lazy attempts will receive a substantially smaller prize, you have been warned! Remember - 15 quality entries and the prizes will increase!

Top Players

FruitServers is an amazing community because of the people that are a part of it. Every month one player and one staff member from Survival, Skyblock, Prison, and Pixelmon are selected and acknowledged for their contribution to the server, whether it be ingame or behind the scenes.

Player of the month Survival - little_Sap. A name that’s known well known by all on survival – little_Sap. You can catch him chatting away on discord throughout the day, with anyone, anytime! He will welcome you with open arms on survival and never hesitates to amuse us with his friendly engagement in chat! Well done Sap!

Player of the month Skyblock - OGMemberBerries. OGMemberBerries is a well-known player loved by many on Skyblock! He frequently helps out players, chats with them and always puts a smile on peoples faces. He's also been showcasing some awesome banners for Skyblock to share, from pride banners to Among Us banners, it's for sure one of Skyblock's coolest warps! Thank you OGMemberBerries!

Player of the month Pixelmon - jhanniie. Always active and a force to be reckoned with in trainer battles too, jhanniie embodies our ideal Pixelmon player - a friendly face who takes the time to help players, who also has the patience to deal with those who aren't as experienced with Pixelmon. Keep it up jhanniie!

Staff of the month Survival - St0nkatr0n. Since joining the team St0nk has gone above and beyond for Survival, constantly supervising the server for an unhealthy amount of time daily while maintaining an impressive level of consistency. Well done St0nk!

Staff of the month Skyblock - LilyReine. It's tough to find a more amiable, welcoming, well-spoken role model on Skyblock when Lily is around - having successfully performed as staff on Survival in another life has given Lily all the tools she needs to stand out and exceed expectations, something she has done very admirably since joining the Skyblock team. Keep it up Lily!

Staff of the month Pixelmon - Raqus. I'm not entirely sure how someone whose favourite phrase is 'am baby' ended up winning such a special award, but here we are. Well done Raqus, I think.

Survival, Skyblock, Prison and Pixelmon are lucky to have such strong moderating teams, however we are always accepting applications for all of our staff roles. Our wonderful Event and Build Teams in particular are still looking to grow so if you'd like to be a part of something special do consider looking into these roles.
