The second week of June has gone off with the wind and brought along some lovely wet cold weather! Woohoo! Let’s get into the news!

1.17 has dropped! Updating Fruit to 1.17 is a while away and is currently not possible. We need to wait for a number of critical plugins to update (that we don't code) as well as updating all of our custom plugins (of which there are a lot).

For now, we are letting 1.17 clients join the server. Early releases of Spigot for 1.17 were published this week. We will be waiting for different forks of Spigot with better performance before even considering an update.

You only have one week left to submit your entries for our Fruitlympics Custom skin and decor competition, all entries need to be submitted by Friday the 18th June.

• Custom Skin competition - For all you artistic, clever people out there, we are wanting some unique, original, custom skins to use for NPC’s around our Fruitlympic event builds. These can be either for a specific event, or a general character that fits with the overall theme. To enter, send your skin to Ahtnamas80 via the website. All entries are eligible to be featured during Fruitlympics!
  > These skins must be your own original work.
  > Skins must be submitted before Friday 18th June.
  > The top 3 skins will received a prize, with 1st place being awarded a $15 Store Voucher
• Decor Contest - We would love to showcase some of our players amazing builds around the event areas for Fruitlympics. To enter this contest, create an original decorative build that fits the theme of one of the events, or the overall Fruitlympics theme - Japanese. Submit screenshots to Ahtnamas80 via the website All entries are eligible to be featured during Fruitlympics!
  > Submissions close Friday 18th June.
  > The builds must be no larger than 20x20 blocks.
  > The top 3 builds will received a prize, with 1st place being awarded a $15 Store Voucher

A quick update on quests: they are very close to being finished, with just some finishing touches needed before we can show it off to the public! Get excited for that very soon.

We have a new Bedwars map - City!

Made with a lot of vertical playability in mind, this map consists of two beds, two gold spawners and a single competitive diamond spawner in the center.

This map will be available in 1v1, 2v2 and 4v4!

First up in our promotions, an apology to our Pixelmon team members who were not mentioned in our previous posts! A sad farewell goes to _Demonic_Wolf_  as she has departed our team, but a warm warm welcome back to CozzaLAD as his new title as a T-Mod and AidenMcG back to build some more crazy events!

This week Prison we say goodbye to the wonderful UniPlatypus who has stepped down from mod.

The event team would also like to give a fruity welcome to MaeDaTigerMEOW who , despite writing the post themselves, did NOT mention themselves in the post!

Pixelmon Rental Team Tournament

Every Sunday night at 10pm AEST we hold our weekly Pixelmon Rental Team Tournament. For those of you that may not be aware, you will be supplied with Pokemon during these tournaments. If you’ve just started on the server you’ve got the same chance of winning along with the big bad Pixelmon sweats!

The winners of our weekly tournaments are awarded with a Perfect shiny Pokemon of their choice! Why not come give it a shot and see how you go!
